Frequently Asked Questions
The meal plan consists of 28 unique, non-repeating days.
The program calculates your daily calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates (macronutrients) based on the parameters you provide and adjusts each day accordingly. Each plan comes with a weekly grocery list.
You simply purchase the ingredients from the list and start cooking using the detailed recipes provided in the program. You need to eat everything listed in the daily menu, and you’ll automatically meet your macronutrient targets.
You can repeat days by proportionally increasing all ingredients. You can also rearrange the days in any order.

All meal plans are safe and balanced — they won’t harm your body.
The only thing to keep in mind is that your calorie needs are directly related to your weight. Therefore, as you lose weight, you should periodically recalculate and reduce your calorie intake (approximately every 7–10 kg).
You can order multiple meal plans at once. Take advantage of our discount system: get 10% off when ordering 2 plans, and 20% off when ordering 3 or more.
All days across all plans are adjusted to match your personal calorie and macronutrient targets. You’re free to combine them however it suits you — for example, follow the “Quick & Easy” plan on weekdays and switch to the “Winter Classics” plan on weekends.
Yes, any of the meal plans will work for you. The only adjustment you'll need to make is to restructure the five daily meals into three. To do this, simply combine breakfast with the morning snack, and lunch with the afternoon snack — creating three balanced meals per day.
Yes, the meal plans are suitable for both breastfeeding and pregnant women, as they are balanced, nutrient-dense, and safe.
However, you’ll need to adjust your daily calorie intake to meet the increased needs of your body:
During pregnancy: add approximately 300–400 kcal to your calculated daily requirement.
While breastfeeding: add around 500–600 kcal per day.
You can either choose a higher-calorie version of the program or manually increase portion sizes based on these recommendations. As always, it’s best to consult with your doctor to ensure the plan aligns with your individual health needs.
